RESULTS OF THE 4TH EDITION OF THE PARTICIPATORY BUDGET

The .KTW community decided on the Tenant Participation Budget for the fourth time. The winner was the ONE.KTW initiative (59% of the votes), which will organize a summer gathering filled with live music, food trucks and many other attractions. This year's edition is unique, as employees of both buildings took part in the vote for the first time. Thank you for joining this campaign, showing the power and commitment of the #KTWCommunity.

Edition 2022 - Winning projects

ONE.KTW

In 2023, the ONE.KTW initiative won, garnering 59% of the votes. This means one thing: a summer gathering of the .KTW community filled with live music, food trucks and many other attractions. Employees of both buildings took part in the vote for the first time - thank you all for your involvement :) We are already starting preparations for the event. It's going to be a great day!

Edition 2021 - Winning projects

Sweet and fruity Mondays

As part of the 3rd edition of the Participatory Budget, sweet and fruity Mondays were unquestionably won. In addition, the owner of the .KTW complex has prepared several events that diversified tenants' activities as part of this initiative. In the summer, employees of the .KTW I office building could take advantage of the Lodowato offer and taste delicious artisan ice cream. In June and October, a Day for Health was organized, where employees of .KTW I could take advantage of a 15-minute relaxing office massage, take part in dietary workshops and relax their spine thanks to yoga. In August, together with the best Nespresso baristas, we invited tenants to a unique coffee workshop "All flavors of Nespresso". What makes us happy, however, are all the initiatives of the .KTW community in which they engage us as an investor. Christmas workshops, fundraising for shelters or the most important campaign of this year, which showed how strong, well-coordinated and empathetic community we are, i.e. collecting gifts for Ukraine for which we would like to thank all employees once again.

Sweet and fruity Fridays

Every two weeks on a Friday tradition in the main hall .KTW I will be waiting for you a sweet treat available to every employee of the office building. This year it will be not only sweets, but also fruits that will appear as part of fruit Fridays. The type of refreshments will be adapted to the seasonal offer and occasional holidays and celebrations.

Your office spaces lack space where you can relax? Do you dream of a break spent in comfortable outdoor conditions? Choose .KTW CHILL under which we will prepare deckchairs, tables and poufs so that you can relax and recharge your batteries for further work.
